What could be getting in between you and getting restorative rest?
Do you have trouble falling asleep? Staying asleep? Wake up and don’t feel rested? Can’t sleep because of pain? When our sleep patterns suffer, our vitality suffers. If sleep is not an issue (and great!) you could move a higher vibrancy with enhanced restorative rest. This also aids in deepening our work on our healing journeys.
This workshop will equip you with ideas to improve your sleep patterns and get back to getting the restorative rest that is needed.
